The Founders Story...

Born and raised in Canada, our founder attended the University of Toronto where he acquired his degree as a Chemical Engineer. Opportunities with a large corporation took him to Europe and Australia with his young family. Along with years of corporate experience and his entrepreneurial spirit calling, he returned to his roots in Canada to start a new life.

In 1972, the shovel hit the ground on Shaver Street in Brantford, Ontario and the dream of Hawco Products Limited began. (Hawco being a derivative of his name, Harold Adam White Company.) Hawco Products was a one-man show. It began with sales calls while delivering, answering the phone and taking orders and making the products himself at the end of the day. It was the beginning of his passion.

Over the years, Hawco has grown with an increase in customers, employees and product lines. Manufacturing cleaning chemicals has always been our focus. Offering our customers quality products, exceptional service along with specialized products and private labels has given Hawco Products its edge. We are a Canadian family run company built on integrity that remains the key to our success today.
